World Class Content
Soft Skills India develops and continually updates its training material to best meet the needs of its clientele. The material is developed from a wide variety of sources and is supplemented by the personal and professional experiences of our leadership team and faculty. Each program is designed keeping in mind the specific needs of the client organization, and the backgrounds and the level of the trainees. In other words, we provide customized training to each and every one of our clients.

Interactive Approach
One cannot acquire soft skills by sitting in the classroom and just listening to the instructor talk. Our training sessions depend on, and indeed demand participation from the trainees. Questions and opinions are solicited and trainees are encouraged to explore how they can apply the concepts in their own work environment.

Exercises and Simulations
Learning soft skills involves both theory and practice. Trainees need to understand the theory, be able to relate it to their work and life, and have an opportunity to put concepts they learn into practice. We rely heavily on experiential learning as a method of imparting new concepts and skills.
Soft Skills India provides trainees with a strong conceptual foundation and requires that they actively participate in exercises and simulations so as to reinforce the concepts and utilize the skills that they have just learned.

Leveraging of CBT
The training that takes place at our facility can leverage our multimedia content in a Computer-Based Training environment. This is particularly valuable for trainees who seek to develop their English language skills. We have made large investments in multimedia computer labs and an extensive collection of relevant software. We have worked hard at integrating our classroom content with our Computer Based Training to provide a multifaceted learning experience to the trainees.

Our Trainers
We use instructors with different levels of experience and expertise to most effectively provide value when serving the needs of the different levels of trainees. All trainers are expected to pass stringent internal guidelines of domain knowledge and training capability. Trainers have at least 3 to 5 years experience in industry knowledge or teaching/training experience. They are further trained in the Soft Skills India approach to training. Our trainers are passionate about helping people develop their skills.
In addition to the client satisfaction surveys, we do our own evaluation of trainer performance. Trainers who are not performing up to our very high expectations are recalled for further training and development before being allowed back into the classroom. Continuous improvement is a key element of the Soft Skills India culture.
